About: Series of illustrations for the AbC of Healthy Eating, a self initiated book project. I always found it strange that all those adult books with 'the ABC of..'never really were Abc books, like we used to read as kids. So I searched for collaborators who wanted to share their knowledge in 26 short, to the point essays or articles on the subject they are the authority of. Martine van Beusekom explains in this book how with the ancient Ayurvedic principles of eating we can, easily, approve our mental and physical health. Each article accompanied by an illustration, a full page by default, sometimes a spread or spot illustrations for variety
